Transport Safety Compliance — Red Funnel
Refurbishment and safety upgrade project for Red Funnel, including the supply of construction labour and skilled operatives for the installation of yellow handrails, red steel safety barriers, X-braced handrail systems, and pedestrian walkways inside an industrial corridor. All works were completed to transport safety compliance standards.

Commercial Kitchen Refurbishment
Internal refurbishment of a commercial kitchen and food preparation area, including the installation of hygiene wall cladding (Jemiclad), upgraded insulation, mechanical and electrical works, new flooring and the strip-out of the existing fit-out. The works were completed in a live environment with the contractor and site team to allow the client to trade with minimal disruption.

Sub-Contract Carpentry — Apartment Door Replacements
Sub-contract carpentry package for a residential apartment block, including the removal and replacement of internal apartment entrance doors, smart door lock installation (with QR-coded inspection labels), ironmongery, frame repairs and finishing trims. Works completed in a tenanted environment with strict fire-door compliance and quality control checks between flats.

Extensive hotel refurbishment project at the Albion Hotel in Freshwater, including internal fit-out works, decking and external terrace construction with panoramic coastal views, stairway refurbishment with wainscoting, and structural improvements across the property. SRS supplied skilled tradespeople and labourers throughout the project.
